He is a busy man. Perhaps he can get off on a technicality, like showing he is not a citizen or something. I’m just trying to maintain his productivity so that he does not waste precious hours away from the people’s business.
I actually look for him to show up with the slobbering media in tow. This will highlight the Kenyans "historic" and "unprecendented" adherence to civic duty.
That, and he could use a couple days off. He's tired...... Presidentin' is hard!
