Based on what he does, I don’t think he any justification to be excused.

The only time I was called to jury duty, in was in the 70s and I ended up as the foreman on a DWI case...convicted him.

That’s kinda funny. In the military, we can get our Commander to write a letter saying that operational commitment keeps us from attending the jury duty. I guess the President can write his own letter stating something similiar.
