What a sad joke we have for a president. At least this removes any semblance of an argument that he's some brilliant scholar. If he can't talk to 6th graders without a teleprompter his slobbering supporters should just stop trying to sell the meme that he's some great orator. He's at best a decent reader...so maybe he's qualified to sit and read the news on a small local tv station...that's about it.
