I used to work in London two weeks a month and became a big fan of Rugby “League” as opposed to Rugby “Union”. Rugby League is non-stop action. 7 “downs” to move the ball down the field to score. I actually preferred it to the NFL if only because if you blink during a half, you could miss something.
There is a U.S. Rugby League organization being formed; I used to play Rugby Union, but I can see how League would be successful in the U.S. I hope it succeeds.
