There was way too much of that hand wringing going on, both domestically AND internationally, for example we heard all that big talk about the ‘Axis of Evil’ (Iraq, Iran and North Korea) but GWB left office with Iran and North Korea closer to a nuclear weapons capability than ever before, and why?
