Maybe it was just assumed that after Obama bowed down to the Saudi King, Islamic Terrorists would now be our friends, and wouldn’t try to attack us again.
So Americans wouldn’t need any intelligence or interrogation tools, we wouldn’t to defend America from attacks, as the world would now live in perfect harmony. (At least according to their point of view, the world hated the terrible George W. Bush and would only have love and respect for Obama).
