Actually they _DO_. Even to the point of murder, anything else would be towards the [criminal] punishing/prosecution of ‘might’ or ‘could’ instead of the factual ‘did’... and who wants to live in a [legal] world where you are punished for what you have the capability of doing? I wouldn’t want to be convicted of rape and/or murder because I technically _COULD_, would you?
