Obama is flailing. He has never had to cope with adversity and he is cracking under the strain. His agenda will never make it out of Congress now.

What's pathetic is this was predicted. Is anybody here really surprised?

IMO, we should be glad that others are finally catching on to the empty suit.

The affirmative action president was over his head from day one, his whole presidency has been a crisis.

Can ANYONE believe that McCain would have the nation in the mess we’re in right now? They may have looked at McCain as not being conservative enough. In retrospect, I think we have to see these folks as being conservater-than-thou.

Yeah. Right.

Why McCain is a treasonous scumbag. 1

Why McCain is a treasonous scumbag. 2

His upbringing was not at all stable. It is so important for a male to have a stable and nurturing father figure and 0bama’s early life was filled with betrayal and dashed expectations.

Good points. Here's my theory:

0bama is unstable because he has no solid identity. He has no solid racial identity, national identity, religious identity or sexual identity. Therefore, he is perpetually in a state of inner conflict and unhappiness. (I had a good friend who was just like this.) To fill the void of identity, he embraced Marxism. After all, one can be a pure 100% Marxist. To relieve his pain, he lashed out at his imagined tormentors. He made himself a "champion" to remedy the perceived injustices of traditional America: the same injustices (real and imagined) perpetrated on his black part, his non-American part, his Muslim part and his bisexual part.

Add the abandonment by both parents into the mix, and you're looking at one scary individual.

Thank you.

Right now the ‘RATS are busy playing the blame game and finishing off the wounded. Eventually this phase will end, and they will close ranks and go the offensive again. We cannot afford to coast.

What is it with you guys who think you have to tell us that we need to keep playing hard?

We're not talking to you. We're talking to Michael Squeal, Juan McCain, and the rest of the Whine 'n' Cheese RINOs.

There is something in the argument that Obama’s swift actions in passing huge economic stimulus bills – a continuation, of course, of the Bush administration’s policies – helped stave off a Depression of the scale of the 1930s.

There is something to that argument but not much. I don't believe it.

With unemployment rising above 10 per cent – for reasons that cannot, in the main, be laid at Obama’s feet –...

I don't buy that either.

‘Tirade’, that’s exactly what we get every time Zero’s exposed for the fraud he is.

Did he flip anybody off today? That is, after all, what undisciplined 12 year-olds do when they're unhappy.

Calm down...remember the President proposes and the Congress disposes. He can do nothing without their approval first and they are running away from him just now. He is going to Nevada to campaign for his BFFF, Harry Reid. Good for him...another seat goes Republican and Reid goes back to Searchlight!!!

You are, of course, correct. But this guy, just as did Nixon, HAS an enemies list and just like Nixon, he can turn the IRS and the other ADMINISTRATIVE agencies loose on them and, at best, make them very uncomfortable and, at worst, destroy them over the next 3 years. The only way to prevent THAT is to take back the House and much of the Senate this November. And while that looks like a slam dunk from here, the American people — most of them not your basic policy wonk — have gone back to sleep before and lot can happen in 9 months.

So that THEY wouldn’t have to take the heat for the disasters we’re now experiencing, the wussies in the last dozen congresses have shipped most of their former power to 1600.

And I’m as calm as I can be in a nation that elected an inexperienced, largely unqualified raging megalomaniac to the presidency.

I am not a psychologist, but I will tell you, over the past 4 years I have read just about everything there is on narcissists.

Sadly, he will rebound, because narcissists can adapt to any situation they are put in. His rebound will be in his own head only though.

To the outer world he has been exposed but in his own mind, he will continue to think he is adored & the most wonderful, powerful person.

People around him will know that he is not capable of being in this position of power, but he will continue to think he is still in charge of the country.

The reason narcissism has not been officially classified as mental illness is because people who suffer from it do not seek counseling, as they are not hurting, they hurt others. The people who have been hurt by narcissists are the ones who seek counseling and the narcissist goes on his merry way thinking he is still "the greatest" leaving damaged families, friends etc. along the way.

To the outer world they are usually community volunteers, the neighbor who is always there to help, the one 'in charge' at the church or other organization, this gives them the narcissistic supply they need on a 24/7 basis. They need to be "adored" by someone all the time.

Any hint that the narcissist is weak, needy, dependent, deficient, slow, not intelligent, naive, gullible, susceptible, not in the know, manipulated, a victim, an average person of mediocre accomplishments.

The narcissist is likely to react with rage to all these and, in an effort to re-establish his fantastic grandiosity, he is likely to expose facts and stratagems he had no conscious intention of exposing.

The narcissist reacts indignantly, with wrath, hatred, aggression, or even overt violence to any infringement of what he perceives to be his natural entitlement.

Narcissists believe that they are so unique and that their lives are of such cosmic significance that others should defer to their needs and cater to their every whim without ado. The narcissist feels entitled to interact or be treated (or questioned) only by unique individuals. He resents being doubted and "ridiculed".

Any insinuation, hint, intimation, or direct declaration that the narcissist is not special at all, that he is average, common, not even sufficiently idiosyncratic to warrant a fleeting interest inflame the narcissist. He holds himself to be omnipotent and omniscient.
