Is a new professional basketball league announced this week for real, or is it all just some sort of joke or publicity stunt by former pro wrestling promoter Don "Moose" Lewis?
The Augusta Chronicle reported on Tuesday that the All-American Basketball Alliance plans to kick off its inaugural season in June and hopes that Augusta will be one of 12 cities to host teams.
But here's the kicker: According to a press release the newspaper and other Augusta media outlets received from the new league, "only players that are natural-born United State citizens with both parents of Caucasian race are eligible to play in the league."

It is possible that this guys has started this on purpose to bring out the NAA(L)CP, the Rev. Jackson (said like Rush Limbaugh), Al “not so sharp” Sharpton, et al into accusing him of racism. When they do all he has to do is make a big deal out of all of the racist organizations they have. Then tell them that once they get rid of their racist organizations he will do the same.
This league will never get off the ground as no arena will rent them the space and any one who plays in this league will be banned from playing in any legitimate professional basketball league.

No, Brown will never be overturned as there will not be a litigant to challenge Brown and if there were, the Justices would refuse to take the case.
this could be accomplished with
one rule change: no dunking
and one uniform change: Bob Cousey shorts
probably the only way they get to make the team, let alone be starters.
