Not only does he not have a leg to stand on, because he invites his readers to post to FR by giving them the tool and link to do so, this seems far more of an extortion attempt.

Excellent point, except I am not sure this dolt is smart enough to spell “extortion” much less attempt it.
Looking at his posts, all this guy seems to do is just copy articles from other sources.
Just wait until one of them comes down on him like a ton of bricks. He may claim ‘Fair Use’ and non-profit status, but he will end up spending tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees proving it.
I noticed several sources he ‘takes’ content from that are OCD about protecting their material including WSJ, NYT, and the Washington Post.
