What's he going to say? A lot of "Let me be clear", "Bush's fault", and "..failures of the previous administraion"...thats all he has, really,

Obama can say that his administration saved the country from the economic ruin which it was headed for when Bush left office...

He can claim to have saved the automobile industry...

He can claim to have restored America's good name after Bush caused all the world to hate us...

He can take credit for stopping the Christmas bomb plot...

He's not going to be under oath, and no one expects him to tell the truth about anything anyway.
