Most liberals I know listen to NPR.
How they were not regulated under campaign laws, I don’t know. They existed not to make a profit, but to promote a political agenda while SPENDING MONEY....the literal definition of a campaign ad. You may ask if conservative talk radios would fit this, I say no. They make a profit by selling advertising. When they go bankrupt, they go out of business, not exist by donations.
