Good question.
Uhh, No.. Maybe Not. Have the manatees defrosted yet? :-)
all them big cold masses of air take a long time to clear out
and as long as moisture is getting slung its direction
snow and sleet happens.
I hope we have good weather for the SuperBowl.. Vikes Jets :-)

El Nino typically will produce wetter than normal conditions for the souther US, while areas in the northern US experience drier and relatively warmer conditions. It's really dependent on the position of the polar and sub-tropical jet streams.
