That Oregon beer you mention is atually Henry Wienhard’s.
Do you remember the old ads with the old cowboy saying that “he remembered Henry Wienhards they were a short horn breed out of Texas”, or something similar. It’s not a bad beer actually but I haven’t seen it for sale in CA for quite some time.

I just checked an outlet around here that has over 500 beers in stock and they don’t carry it. I remember that the people in Portland told me that it is so popular, they don’t export it. I can confirm that as I have never seen it on a menu on the East coast.
