Massachusetts Senator-elect Scott Brown said Wednesday that he is focused on moving to Washington as soon as possible to try to free up some of the political gridlock there.

I'm hoping he'll increase the gridlock. The last thing we need now is more government action.
You beat me to it. The best thing in the world is to see a Congress and Presidency paralyzed on the legislative front.
This Boston Victory will force true Democrats to move to the center and abandon Obama, and force Progressives to try to ram things though by any means possible. It may cause a “Civil War” in the ranks of the Democrats. We can but hope.
This bothers me very much, sounds like he is a moderate.
The far left can do nothing without help from the moderates.

By the same token, from what I have seen of the Republicans in the past few years, I don't think I'd want them in control of all three brances of government either.
I agree with you. However, given the choices in this election, this was a no-brainer.
