Many believe that the level of civility in today’s political discourse has been on a slow and steady decline, perhaps as a result of the increased volume of partisan media on cable news. So it was a welcome site when Keith Olbermann announced plans to apologize for last night’s comments toward Republican Senatorial candidate Scott Brown, who he called “irresponsible, homophobic, racist, reactionary, ex-nude model, teabagging supporter of violence against woman and against politicians with whom he disagrees…” But not all apologies are really apologies, as you can see by the video below.

Thats exactly my point. Folks would only tune in for entertainment purposes, and that too for short spans because you can only take the craziness for that long. For a serious discussion, viewers will tune elsewhere.
Didn’t Olbermann used to be “normal”? What happened to him? I don’t remember his being crazy when he was on Fox.

I did the same thing, too. I wanted to get a taste of what MSNBC was “reporting” for a good laugh. The manly girl on PMSNBC even had to take a shot at Sarah Palin’s Twitter comments about Scott Brown. Totally tasteless. What sore losers! The Democrat Party: The Party of Losers.
I turned him on to hear his speel and was appalled at his disgusting attitude the guy is a loser in the biggest sense of the word.
Mr. Olbermann is the most pitiable* of all men. The saddest thing is that he thinks he is so brilliant when he is spouting his hatred.
*By pitiable, I am referring to the second definition in my dictionary: “Arousing disdainful pity; paltry; despicable.”

why does this douche bag announce football? WTF? I haven’t watched game one since I’ve seen this putz yapping about football with that stupid grin. I’ll watch some of the other stuff but Sunday night football is gone... what a waste.
Writing to NBC is a waste of time. As long as his prime time ratings on MSNBC are over 1 million they won’t even listen to you. Write a complaint letter to your local paper and editor and have it printed. I did that and got a lot of comments on it from local politicos.
It really is stunning how radically left NBC News has gotten. I mean they were always biased but MSNBC is downright embarrassing as they are like a f-cking cult.

I actually was tuned in at the same time (I can only take MSNBC for 3 mins at a time) and thought to myself...what...in THE...hell is she/he/it talking about?
