Is it possible tha Cao is a RAT infiltrator, disguised a a Republican? Or is he just a garden variety RINO?
His district is overwhelmingly Democrat, with something like 75 % Black. In a dozen precincts within the district he got zero votes. None.
Probably never again in a thousand years will we be able to get a Republican in there. .. How's that for perspective ?
