He wrote, not once but twice, that he decided to become a politician when he was "electrified" by a phrase in a sermon. That phrase was "white folks' greed runs a world in need" (which, by the way, was referring to Port-au-Prince, a place where white folks, greedy or otherwise, have as little influence as anywhere on the planet).
All this was glaringly obvious by August 2008 at the very latest.
The problem with Obama is NOT that he's breaking campaign promises.
The problem is that he's keeping them.
