I don’t know. None of the papers seem to be clear if Kirk is now ineligible to cast a vote. The contention is that he can until the moment Brown is sworn in, while others say that Kirk was ineligible when Brown was elected. I think it’s the former... because the election has to be validated and the results sent to the Senate President in proper order. This is where the Dems will play games.
Is Boxer up this fall? If so,taking her out would be very cool,indeed...as would taking out Sphincter and Dirty Harry (which,I understand,is highly likely to happen).But then,I'd settle for each of them announcing in the next couple of months that they're retiring "in order to spend more time with my family".
Well, Rasmussen has been taking polls on Boxer’s district race. Without looking, I’m assuming her term is coming due.
