Attention Mainers: Important GOP Gubernatorial Poll on Pine Tree Politics

If you are a Mainer and care about helping a true conservative in his quest to get the GOP gubernatorial nomination, please take Republican Primary Poll #2 and vote for Paul LePage. Paul is a self made man, successful in business and 3 term mayor of Waterville. He has a half dozen opponents but his main opponent, and the one supported by the state GOP establishment is Steve Abbott, 12 year chief of staff for our RINO senator, Sue Collins. Abbott has the machine behind him. He's a hack with no real world experience beyond being a flack in DC for Suzie.

In spite of this, Paul is holding on to a slight lead in this poll (I believe that the poll closes tomorrow).

If the link in the header doesn't work, go to the home page http://www.pinetreepolitics.com and look for "Republican Primary Poll #2" in the scrolling menu.

TOPICS: Politics/Elections; US: Maine
KEYWORDS: gop; governor; maine; paullepage
The remaining candidates are also RINOs of various degreees. The Dems (there's about a dozen of them) are worn out state pols. LePage is our best shot at helping to stop Maine's spin into the abyss.

Have LePage do a study on how Marco Rubio has become the Party Giant Slayer here in Florida. As a matter of fact, just have him contact Marco’s office directly to hopefully speak with him.

Basically, Marco has gone to all the REC meetings and also held several small town halls all over the state. His front and center approach has worked wonderfully to connect directly to the base and from the base his polls have risen from 40 down to Crist lat may to tied last month.

Great point - Rubio and LePage are in very similar situations. Thanks much and I’ve passed the thought along.
