Well, you know, I initially crafted a well though out response, but kept going back to the above statement.

There are a lot of Freepers who seem to think that we should just anoint Palin as the nominee right now, and not bother with all that tiresome old primary campaign stuff.

Many of them apparently feel that way because in their view, anyone else who could win the GOP nomination is a pro-abort RINO.

And any Freeper who disagrees with the prospective anointing is generally tagged as a "bot" in support of someone else. So, I figure what's good for the gander is good for the goose.
