5 days and counting...from what is in the news people are not getting the kind of help they need to survive and its too late for many.. politicians will gain..and the gangs
Last I heard all of the supplies sent are still sitting at the airport...NONE had been distributed yet. Sounds like they’re worried about security, but the longer they wait, the worse things will get.
CNN has been on O’s case for the past few days.
That said, the Haitian powers that be are refusing to allow our troops out unless they are led by Haitian army troops.
They want everyone to know that Haiti is a sovereign country.
Sounds like some extortion going on. Sounds like Katrina all over again. The Haitian gummint taking a lesson from the LA gummint.
Now that’s one I haven’t heard! I did hear that they allowed our troops to take over control of the airport, but that must be as far as they are allowed?
We had to negotiate with the Haitian gummint to be in charge of the airport.
Now they are insisting they are going have their troops in the forefront and our troops behind theirs.
Sounds exactly like Louisiana.
We should drop off the goods and leave.
I’m sure it’s all of Bush’s fault!
Since the blue lipped, flap eared sack of crap was elected we have lost money in our paychecks. Screw you Obozo, I might have donated what you stole from me.
I can’t even stand this POS.
I saw this interview last night, and I’ve been scanning around, listening to all the different news blabbermouths go on and on about how nothing is getting to the people.
However, I’ve yet to hear anything about putting the blame on the lack of a Haitian anything or on the brilliance of the administration of Obama. Nada. It almost seems like the perception being pushed by the liberals is one which blames the United States military.
But for crying out loud...how many planes have landed bringing in news crews? It just kills me watching these people with microphones pushed up into the faces of trapped Haitians, yet these crews are being well fed, etc.? One of them even said that he “gave” someone his granola bar. Wow. Give that man a humanitarian award, please.
Watching the absolute corruption in Louisiana being ignored so the entire blame could be attributed to President Bush and now watching the same situation rampant in Haiti, I despair.
Seemingly there are too many people willing to allow their fellow citizens to die so they can scam dollars from THE MAN.
Sounds like they need that high speed rail the Michigan governor was talking about... lots of shovel ready projects...
