The carrier Carl Vinson has already delivered all of its relief supplies and has offered the use of its helicopters to deliver the supplies brought in by various organizations that is now piling up at the airport, but they have all turned the USN down, stating that they want to do it themselves. But they refuse to leave the airport until they have proper security escorts. The US Army and Marine Corps offered to provide escort, but they again refused, stating that they are civilian organizations and therefore must have either UN or Haitian security.

It just makes me want to puke.
