I cannot criticize your post. You and I do not know the circumstances this photo captures.

The caption stands.

If I were there, I would never call someone trying to get food, water, shelter, toilet paper, diapers, medicine, etc... a looter. Somebody taking watches or TVs, they are looting.

So, did you notice that further down in the article/pictures, they have a LOOTER spread eagle on the ground, who was 'stealing' powdered milk????

And I agree, the caption stands, because that is what the reporter put there, regardless to the reason or situation, and I certainly don't fault you in any way, shape, or form for that fact.
