10,000 troops? That many to all the other places? In a foreign land? Seems like a lot, but I may be wrong.

Plus Hussein is sending 45,000 Haitians to Florida, for us to clothe, feed, house, and medicate.

The UN had 9,000 uniformed personnel in Haiti before the earthquake. Clinton sent 20,000 US troops to restore Aristide in 1994. IMO 10,000 is not a huge number.

Unfortunately, the fundamental problems in Haiti may be insurmountable.
