I think you are spot on. I think some Democrats are probably rooting for a Brown win so they don’t have to commit political suicide in passing this HC legislation.

To make competitive and/or come close where the Rat usually runs 20-40% ahead will tell the rest of the House Rats they are toast this mid term.
