She ought to be careful: Catholics might decide to take her up on her offer and stop working in ER’s. If they do she had better hope for perfect, accident-free health. ER is already stretched thin: losing large nbumbers of Catholic staff for stupid ideological reasons could mean the difference between her getting treated promptly or being triaged out.
This offends more than Catholics; it offends all true Christians. It also offends orthodox Jews, Muslims, etc.
