Mrs. Hicks said she wanted to take pictures of her son being frisked but was told it was against the rules.

Well, I somehow think that strangers touching a child is also against the "rules", and I would be Mr. Snap-Happy as discreetly as I could, but I most assuredly WOULD post those pictures everywhere I could think of.

These bullies need to be stood up to.
