Former Red Sox [team stats] ace Curt Schilling [stats] ripped Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Martha Coakley today for dissing his beloved Fenway Park [map], saying the remark shows her elitism and arrogance unbelievably.
Its Massachusetts. You do not make sneering insults about Fenway Park. Whats she going to do next, insult the Red Sox? wrote Schilling in his blog, 38 Pitches. Shes apparently been trying to win the title of Worst Political Campaign Ever.

Teddy Baseball says of Croakly: "Off with her head."

What’s more important?
Brown—shaking hands of voters, listening to their concerns, offering solutions
Coakley—jetting down to D.C. to take money from Big Pharma.

I seem to remember Schilling coming out publicly against John Kerry in favor of George W Bush in 2004.
Frankly, I don't think Coakley wants -— she certainly doesn't seem to seek -— the support of sports figures in a town that is devoted to its teams.

Coakley is the worst candidate since Kathleen Kennedy Townsend who cheered the Ravens for scoring a “football”.

Having dug up her latest gaffe -- which was first reported in the Boston
Globe (mistakenly, no doubt) -- I've no longer any reservations: This woman cannot fairly win this election. The elitist bitch gratuitously insulted half the Democratic voters in the state. She must be dumb as a post and, electorally, she is an utter catastrophe.
It might be that Coakley is eventually named the winner. But there is no way she can win without massive fraud.

From the article, the slight is thus described:
Schilling highlighted the blog post following a Boston Globe article quoting Coakleys response to concerns that she hasnt been campaigning enough during the tight race. As opposed to standing outside Fenway Park? In the cold? Shaking hands? Coakley was quoted saying, apparently referencing a Brown ad where he greets supporters outside Fenway.

Please blast your ping lists with this link. If there was any doubt in anyones mind that Martha Coakley and the Democratic overlords in Massachusetts are nothing more than human waste receptacles, this will erase any doubt.
It’s an interview with Gerald Tookie Amirault of the Fells Acres Daycare tragedy. Coakley destroyed his man and his family. The interview took place this morning, January 14, 2010.

He actually said “vote Bush” in his closing statement on one of the lame national morning t.v. shows (I forget which one) during an interview after they won the World Series.
