Perry’s behavior re: eminent domain and the TTC has been reprehensible.

At last! Someone with memory. We shouldn't forget his mandate on Giardasil either.

I do not support Perry, but I will vote for him because Hutchison is even worse and because Medina doesn’t have the experience....

Agreed, but I will not vote for Perry. Gov. Goodhair and KBH are both RINO's. I like Medina's message, but as you mentioned, she doesn't have the experience (but then again, neither does the current denizen of the WH). I think Medina would be better in the Legislature, where she could push her platform.

We find ourselves in a difficult position in this governor’s race. If it were only a different year . . . but it’s not.

This election determines who oversees redistricting as a result of the 2010 Census numbers. Recall the circus that has taken place in Austin during past redistrictings. It takes a hardened pol to twist arms and control the legislature.

It is critical for our nation that redistricting be done right so that Congress in Washington is properly representative of the public. If the Dems in Austin are able to bulldoze their way into controlling district lines and gerrymandering to increase Democrats representing Texas, it will be bad for the entire country.

And a weak governor will help them do it.

I don’t trust K Bailey, not at all. Medina simply doesn’t have the experience to do the job. Perry is crooked, but he also knows how to look out for himself, and he has fought the redistricting battle before.

Again, I see redistricting as critical to saving our country. Therefore, I will vote for Perry. Just using him to achieve higher goals.
