I'll buy the rope. This is scarier because Tellico Plains is a fairly isolated away from the interstate town bordering the Cherokee National Forest in Monroe County. Just guessing he may have been there working for a logging contractor or similar job. There's just not that many jobs there to start with even in a good economy.
