Bay State Attorney General Martha Coakley blamed GOP “stalkers” today for triggering tensions outside a Washington, D.C., fund-raiser last night where a Weekly Standard reporter said he was roughed up by a Coakley campaign worker.

Coakley, a Democrat, is in a red-hot race for U.S. Senate against GOP rival Scott Brown, where a poll out today places the two only 2 points apart closing in on the Jan. 19 special election. The post-fundraiser fury has now sent both camps scrambling.

all made up.

how do you know?

they’re using an emotionally charged word “stalkers” and it didn’t show up till after their initial lies didn’t work.

It’s always the cover-up that gets ‘em.

Now that she has said this, it would be cool if the reporter whipped out a Democrat registration.

The photo shows there are no “stalkers”.

Coakley exposed as liar again. Amazing.

I guess that Woodward and Bernstein were stalking Nixon as well.

It isn’t paranoia if they really are out to get you.

“TWS: Attorney General Coakley, you said last night that there are no terrorists in Afghanistan—that they’re all in Yemen and Pakistan. Do you stand by that remark?

COAKLEY: I’m sorry, did someone else have a question.”

It’s now OK for Republicans to hire mercenaries and kick the snot out of reporters.

We are a country of laws, if the guy was truly a stalker, then call the police, we don’t get to rough people up without penalty just because we don’t like them.

From what Rush said, there’s a video that shows he was pushed by her aide, who then made a big deal out of helping him up or something. And the guy wasn’t GOP, he’s a reporter who has been following her campaign for weeks, so they would know full well who he is.

"Bay State Attorney General Martha Coakley blamed GOP “stalkers” today for triggering tensions outside a Washington, D.C., fund-raiser last night where a Weekly Standard reporter said he was roughed up by a Coakley campaign worker. "

Perfect example of how she will conduct herself and her staff as a Senator. Her person pushed the reporter down because he was "trying to get in my face"...which echoes the instructions handed out by barack obama during his campaign.

Here's the challenge: Ms. Coakley, YOU are the Attorney General, so IF the reporter broke a law, the YOU should file charges and have him arrested. Otherwise, you should file charges against YOUR campaign worker for ASSAULT.

Now, that begs the question, are you going to be an honorable Senator, or a Chicago-style thug senator. I didn't know much about you before, but this incident reeks of obama-style thuggery, and that is what we're all tired of...I'm sending a check to Brown's campaign with your compliments.
