This many posts and no one’s stated the obvious? If she’d been wearing proper clothing like slacks or even jeans, and a belt, it would’ve been considerably harder to divest her of the pants.

Although I agree that sweat pants are not appropriate school attire for the classroom, it is not for any of the reasons that you have stated.

No. What's obvious was that the boy was wrong for even attempting to pull down her pants and there's no mention of him in all this.

When did slacks or jeans become proper clothing for a girl in gym class?

Do you realize, your post suggests that it is appropriate for a girl to be forcibly disrobed, in public, by someone who disapproves of her attire?

If you have daughters, I pity them.

Thats pretty close to saying a woman in a short skirt deserved to be sexually assaulted. After all, she made it easier for her attacker. Sheesh
