The constitutional balance of powers would be fundamentally shifted away from Congress to an unaccountable executive, and future corruption easily could go unchecked.

Then future corruption could go unchecked along with current corruption that goes unchecked.

For a Speaker that vowed to clean up the House I’d hate to see how bad corruption would be if she hadn’t, but then it couldn’t be much worse than it is now.

She and the other Rats couldn’t be much more blatant about not giving a damn.
