The video linked, is the video posted on the P&E site.

From the article:

"As can be seen from Obama’s own mouth, at about 5:55 into the above video, he clearly says that his name is Steve."

Although, I don't hear him say "Steve", either, around the 5:55 mark.

Found the video where he says his middle name is “Steve”...it is in Part 2 of the dinner video at about 1:36
