Real Player has a downloader, it actually catches every FLV on a page you visit. You have to look in that folder and click on download to actually download the file, which actually already downloaded. I use a Mac and elgato's Turbo HD decoder to convert FLV(Flash) files to mpeg4. but there are many free apps for the PC that do that.
