I posted the following to Charlton. It was “awaiting moderation” but has disappeared apparently because he refused to post it:

I support investigation and release of Obamas HI original vital records, but your headline and conclusion, UIPA REQUEST CONFIRMS QUIP, is false logic on its face. HI actually DENIED the quip. You then conclude that the delay in response time equates to a CONFIRMATION of the quip. This is not logical.
If there were no STEVE DUNHAM in the HI vital records, their written response would have been the same, but you dont allow for this in your logic. Your test of whether there is a STEVE DUNHAM in the HI vital records cannot be falsified by an HI denial, per your logic.
HI has been bombarded with UIPA requests and threats of lawsuits so delays are inevitable regardless of how easy they are to respond to.
I respectfully suggest that you retract this story ASAP.
Is this the "Lucas Smith" that was trying to auction off the Obama Birth Certificate on eBay (that some said was going for a million dollars) and eBay cancelled it about five or six times over again?
This isn't the guy that other FReepers have shown to be a scammer, is it? And this isn't the one who said that Orly Taitz told him to lie to the court, is it?
Or is this the Lucas Smith that WorldNetDaily wrote about that failed to follow through and allow them to verify the document that Smith says is the Obama birth certificate (in Kenya)? And also the one who had an agent who quit on him because Smith wouldn't do what he said he was going to do (with the birth certificate) and that his lawyer quit him because the lawyer said he wasn't following through... ?
LOL...
My God! I didn't know we let scammers on Free Republic... :-)
Early on, after the “issues” in the original story became apparent thanks to the quick work of FReepers on the thread, I had posted a comment about the original video not showing Barry say the word “Steve”....it never got approved (posted).
