There is no chance the framers intended someone like that to be considered NBC and POTUS eligible (post grandfather clause).
To allow someone born with foreign citizenship, thus dual allegiance owed, was a bad idea in 1787 America. It's an even worse idea in today's world. The framers understood this. We should too.
Beck claims to be a fighter FOR the preservation of the Constitution. Why, then, does he believe it's OK for a born British subject to usurp the office of the Presidency?
Health care is a huge deal. Cap and Tax is a huge deal. The guy who is clearly not Constitutionally eligible to be the leader of this country and the Commander in Chief of the armed forces, is a massively huge deal. Far larger than any single "issue" out there. This country hasn't seen a Constitutional crisis like this since the Civil War.
I agree.
I also think it polarizes people to attack a person directly rather than attack the things they are doing wrong. People will fight harder to defend someone they believe in than to defend the policies they themselves may disagree with. Beck is right on this one. I also question the birth issue, it’s just not a focal point.
