Why didn’t he ask Coakly about global warming?
Or at least a tough question, tougher than the Oprah-like question about "what would you differently". Gergen is clearly biased, but Scott did well in spite of it, and that is a gold star for him!

The Libertarian helped Scott in his final statement by saying he too would halt spending on the war on terror.
Coakley is a singularly unattractive candidate.
