I just tried to find the dictionary word for “running at the mouth” - nonstop gobbledgook? I know there’s a latin word for it.

A brick wall with that ailment.

The phrase dictionaries out there may have or in latin...

astrum ambulo = "nonstop gobbledgook" or "running at the mouth".
