Obama as appealing because he was "light skinned" and spoke "with no Negro dialect..."
I think he meant “ebonics” but he couldn’t think of the word. LOL!
Remember it’s only using a negro dialect when he wants too.
Let’s call this what it is, this is a game to these people. Only chosen members of their team are forgiven.
If Harry Reid was a causing problems for Obama like Bart Stupak or Joe Lieberman in 2008 he would have been carved up, otherwise apology accepted.
Hmmm...really....seems like Michael Steele has no ‘negro dialect’ either but they called him Uncle Tom and tossed Oreo cookies his way when he campaigned for senator MD. in ‘06. The liberals and Dem black ‘racists’ voted for the ‘white guy’ instead.
or is “negro dialect” something from the south in 1850??? ever see the movie Glory???
dirty hairy reid spoke his heart and then cowdown, sounds just like a DEM~~~
“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean that’s a storybook, man.”
Clean and articulate?
It was in the OJ trial. Remember that Johnny Cochran insisted that you could not tell which race a person was by their voice.
It’s crazy that issues like this are still hot buttons!
“think he meant ebonics”
__________
I put Obama’s recent interview through the Eubonics Translator. I am glad that the Prez doesn’t speak like that actually:

In your West Point speech, you seemed very analytical, detached, not emotional....There were no exhortations or promises of victory. Why? Why that tone?
Obama argued: ...dat wuz actually prob’ly da most emotional speech dat Ive made. ya’ll is mad stupid.”
And then hit the Bush administration:
...one o’ da mistakes dat wuz made over da last eight years iz fo’ us ta gots uh triumphant sense about war. There wuz uh tendency ta say, We can jet in. We can smoke some tail. This iz some glorious exercise. don’t make me shank ya!”
I bet Reid thought that a black president would sound like President Comacho:

bump
What he meant was the ‘bama looks and sounds like one of those jolly, lovable, stereotypical sit-com blacks; a Fresh Prince with Erkel’s charm.
Just as the L.A. Times said, “Barack the Magic Negro”.
