Acid Attacks Continue in Hong Kong. No Clues. No Arrests

The acid attacks are carried out on some of the busiest streets in Hong Kong. The economy of this area of Hong Kong may well be affected if the acid attacks continue. Hong Kong has a huge population that share a small space. One wonders if the acid attacks are an attempt to sway businesses in some manner.

This is one of the downfalls to living in a big city where it is easy to dissapear. Like NYC.

Try that in most CCW states and the perp will get shot.

That’s the way I read it. They must be up on a high building and just let them go like bombs away on the people below them. At least in the old west a person let ya draw against them. This seems like a cowardly lousy thing to do, no matter what the reason is.

I wonder which acid is used and how hard it is to get.

That's too bad. I love Hong Kong - it's not for everyone, but where is? I've always felt very safe in Hong Kong (or China proper, for that matter).

They have a suspect and he is in custody. I agree, both places are safe.
