I can assure you that the two Blackwater guys who were murdered were not 'candy-assed'. They were the best of the best. The person responsible for their murder was a Muslim extremist who was hell bent on killing as many Americans as possible, anyway possible. The negligence came from the person in charge of the CIA for tying their hands and that clueless piece of *hit who calls himself President.
