No offense but I don't know who 'Sen. Pothole' is.
And I was talking about the House not the Senate.

In the House the Majority Party gets things done, that's how their rules are set up. In the senate they deliberate₍₁₎, blow a lot of hot air, and *almost* anything can get stopped or held up by one Nay from the minority party.
