Goldwater, I totally agree on devoting 100% to getting SB elected. But that doesn't preclude mobilizing for challenges beforehand. The lawyers aren't the ones pressing flesh, holding signs and manning phone banks.

There needs to be a proactive mentality amongst Conservatives/Tea Partyers/Republicans. Reactionary isn't going to work against this relentless enemy.

SB should arrive in DC as soon as the election has been called. Hell, he should give his victory speech from the steps of the Capitol Building!!! I agree 100%; that’s the most effective political strategy. But it’s just that, a political strategy. Getting the judiciary to mandate that the vote be certified before 10 days have expired, much less to mandate that theSenate seat Brown immediately, is not going to happen, because such an unconstitutional act on the part of the judiciary would only be xarried iut by extremely liberal activist judges, and they won’t do it to seat a Republican, especially one that allows the GOP to filibuster bills.
