BS. The Obama Administration decided to take military detainees and try them in civilian courts. The blame rests clearly on Obama and Holder’s shoulders. The judge made the only decision that could be made under the circumstances. This was completely predictable and why opponents argued that detainees in the War on Terror should be tried in military tribunals NOT civilian courts. The only people to dense to predict this (or possibly want the terrorist to work) are the left-wing wackjob liberals in 0’s Administration.
This is a HABEAS CASE filed when Bush was President, after the U.S. Supreme Court said it was OK for Gitmo detainees to do so. Please get your facts straight.
