CBS) Less than a month after major Nidal Hasan allegedly killed 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas, the Pentagon's top intelligence officer sent the White House a report detailing an earlier failure to connect the dots. It reads like a dress rehearsal for the Detroit bomber case, reports CBS News chief national security correspondent David Martin.

If the base commander had ordered the arrest of the Muslim, Major Hassan the day before the murders that commander would be out on his ass today. Profiling, kiss you career goodbye.
Career people know that no one will come to their defense if they single out a Muslim before he kills anyone.
i get it, 9-11 was BUSH’S FAULT when the CIA called weapons of mass destruction a SLAMDUNK.Now that Obama wants to give terrorists traffic tickets and a lawyer instead of Gitmo.....it’s the CIA ‘s fault according to the leftist press.
Obummer told us not to jump to conclusions!

!!!!!
I've only been posting about this for over two weeks now. Where was ODumbo’s presser after the “systemic failure” that killed 14 of our best and brightest?
Bump to the top!
Hmm wonder if the Amish have a mole in one of the security departments?
1. He killed 14
2. Allege; to assert without proof. It would seem there is plenty of "proof" that he killed 14 that day. Nothing alleged about it.

You’re correct about the number; the media doesn’t want to count the unborn child. However, the use of “alleged” when a crime is reported in the media is standard; defense attorneys can claim the jurors were prejudiced by media coverage and/or they can sue if somehow their client is acquitted or charges are dismissed.
Of course, none of this would be applicable if the Army weren’t so freaking PC that no one would turn this guy in and charge him AHEAD OF TIME with terroristic threats. He needs to be tried under military code as a traitor OR as an enemy combatant (spy).
