A poll of GOP insiders suggests that ex-AK Gov. Sarah Palin (R) has little support among the party's professional class -- and maybe that's just how she wants it.

If the old guys won’t give Sarah a fair shot at te nomination (and it looks like they won’t), she should go the third party route. I think she’ll have the best chance of winning as a third party candidate since Teddy Roosevelt.

All I can say is bring it on! I'm ready for a war and will fight like hell for Sarah. I'm tired of these limp-wristed pansy's. A vast majority of active and retired military will overwhelmingly support her. We're getting organized and we'll be ready.

In which case, she would lose my vote. I do not want to see him even appointed to any office, as has been suggested on this forum many times. Such as sec of treasury "because he's such a good businessman". People need to keep in mind that sec of the treasury is fifth in the order of succession and that's too damn close.

Is there any wonder why the RNC is crying about not getting funding from the base? Conservatives are contributing to SarahPAC and individual candidates like Michele Bachmann and Jim DeMint - not the GOP.

As long as the GOP keeps listening to good old boys (aka RINOs losers) like Mike Murphy, Kevin Madden and Steve Schmidt, it will lose.

But America is sour on GOP insiders. I’m personally lukewarm on Palin’s chances, but I see this as a mark in her favor. It’s not Rio Grande Juan McCain’s party anymore. The RINOs should go somewhere and play shuffleboard.
