Just looking at the guy, you can tell his life is pretty messed up. He’s got a bit of a John Belushi/ He’s a funny guy — but it is quite remarkable how many comedians derive their sense of humor from some serious mental and emotional problems.
Here’s hoping he finds peace in this life and the next.

People like Stern, Lange and their trashy low-brow audience are the reason this country is going to hell in a hand basket.
Maybe he’s just trying to escape a world in which media hacks can’t identify him in any other way than “Howard Stern sidekick Artie Lange,” as though he’d changed his name from Artie Lange.
He wrote a book; he does comedy. Apparently, he can function on his own, free of the Stern umbilicus. And yet the media can’t see.
I have it on very, very good authority that Artie will no longer be on the show. Very good.
Chruch lady would have something to say about this... ;)
He’ll be back with a lot of new material based on this...just you wait. I wish him well but Jackie the Jokeman was much better
