“IF GLOBAL WARMING GETS ANY WORSE, WE’RE GOING TO FREEZE TO DEATH!!!”
It’s “global warming”, not climate change they’re trying to fix. We need to keep reminding people, because we have been in a cooling trend for the last 8 years. They need to answer the question, “why is this happening if carbon emissions are at an all-time high?”. Calling it “global warming” is important because there will always be “climate change”. Let’s make them defend warming, because it’s pretty easy to convince people these days that the earth’s has “naturally” turned the corner and its getting cooler.
They also need to be shown that the Medieval Warm Period (AD 800–1300) was conveniently left out of the "hockey stick diagram, since it inconveniently showed that temperatures were as high as they are now and there was no industry and not enough people to cause it.
